multiple scrollers on site

I’ve been easily able to put three scrollers on the site and they all work fine except that I need the content of each to be different. I’d assumed that by splitting the wanted content into “categories” and then tagging those categories on the calls in the widgets would do just that. But when I do that, for some reason, they all call in just the last content requested.
I can get them all to go at different speeds, have a different headline and “read more” content.
I’m sure it’s something simple I’m missing.
Any help?
