Can't upgrade plugin after 3.7 upgrade

After upgrading to 3.7, I now get this message when I try to update NextGen or any plugin:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in …/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_other_options/adapter.other_options_page.php on line 5

Everything worked fine before upgrading to 3.7. Updating NextGen or any plugin was not a problem.
