In case this will help someone else, or saves them some time. After the WordPress 3.7 upgrade, things went haywire with my sites. Somewhere someone suggested deactivating all the plug-ins and then to activiate them one by one until you find the problem child.
Luckily for me I did not have too many plugins. BTW, once I deactivated all the plug ins, my problem of not being able to drag my widgets into the sidebars were miraculously fixed. Then I activated them one by one, checking after each activation if all is still “well”.
When I activated SEO Facebook Comment, my problem was back. Deactivated it, and voila, problem gone.
