Adding second menu or getting drop down menu to work?

    Hi there, I am fairly new to WP. I am trying to get the drop down menu to work. The links are placed as sub links and set up correctly but they do not appear when I hover over them.

    Can anyone help me with this? Thank you

    Elegant Themes said that it will support drop down menus I just have to add a second menu myself or change the style code so the drop down will display correctly. But neither one they are able to show me how to do….
