• After updating to WordPress 3.7 I’m getting an Internal Server Error on the plugin search page: /wp-admin/plugin-install.php, and the search won’t work, just pops up the same error. Nothing else was changed besides updating WordPress. The installed plugin page (and every other page) so far seems to be working, but I haven’t tried doing much else yet.

  • It’s likely that this problem is being caused by another plugin. Have you tried deactivating all of your other plugins first?

    Hi everybody,
I am experiencing similar issues, not only when clicking on the “Add New Plugin” link, but also when wanting to access the dashboard.
(although I can access it if I try to re-access it)

What can I do to solve these issues?

I have disabled all plugins and still get the same kind of messages.

    Cheers,
    Luca

same problems…3.6 – works good. 3.7 – Internal Server Error

I am currently running WordPress 3.8.1 with Constructor theme. currently using PHP5.3
In the process of upadting plugins my plugins page returned an error
I found in forums an answer to rename my plugins folder, sign back into my admin dashboard and try and update workdpress. Did that and bingo it updated fine. The thread suggested I rename plugin folder back to normal and then reactivate the plugins one by one.

I can not seem to locate or isolate the issue.
Every time I attempt an update it breaks again. giving me an error when I try to access the plugins page.

    any ideas?
