Posts Page Only Showing Two Posts

Hey folks. I’m running a custom theme that I built with a static front page and posts page.

When you go to the posts page only two posts are displaying.

If you click on a category more than two will display.

Yes, I have my blog posts show at most set at 16 so that’s not the problem.

I don’t have access to my files right now other than through the editor in wp-admin.

Any idea what might be causing this.?
