• This was just noticed recently. I’m unsure if it’s been this way for some time now and just gone unnoticed because of it being such a small amount, or if it just started.

The UPS shipping calculation in the cart is 1% lower than the actual UPS cost. The cart is set to use residential rate and the shipping from information is all correct. When selecting negotiated rates – there’s a 1% difference regardless of the ship to location. If negotiated rates is unselected, the cart calculation is way too high (couple dollars too high).

And I can verify all the weights, measurements, shipping settings are set correctly at the site and are matching up when the shipping is processed at UPS. (And also, I’m using the latest wp-ecom version: 3.8.12.1)

Is anyone else having this issue?

Since it could possibly be something miscalculating coming from the UPS api rather than an error in the plugin, does anyone know the correct file and location in the cart plugin to code in the addition of that 1% discrepancy so that it processes correctly when the order is placed? I’m sure if there are other people seeing this exact 1% difference, wp-ecommerce could take that into consideration on adjusting the UPS shipping code. But in the meantime, I need a quick fix on this because in a matter of weeks, that small amount off adds up to out of pocket expense.

Thanks for any help on this and would appreciate any one else’s input on if they see they same.
