  • Usually this just means your link is wrong in the shortcode. Fix the link and the error will likely disappear. If the link isn’t wrong, you will have to provide some more information (a link to the problem?).

    That message comes from Google and cannot be changed, other than translated to another Google Docs supported language, which you can set in GDE Settings.

    but when i click “here” the file load without problems.

    That’s helpful, but not as helpful as you providing the example. If you want to do so privately, please use the Support tab in GDE Settings.

    Same thing with us. Download link works, but GDE wont render the .doc file

    I would be glad to point you in the direction of a fix for your particular issue, but you’re not providing any information necessary to do so.

    The preferred way to ask for support is via the Support tab in GDE Settings, which asks for all the information necessary and lets you provide relevant examples privately. However if you want to provide a link here to demonstrate your issue, that’s fine too. Unfortunately I can’t do much else for you unless you provide more information, one way or the other.
