Non-wp Database Backup

hello, i was just wondering if anyone knows a good plugin that can do database backups of NON-wp database. my client has their “wp_” tables which are being backed up with Backup Buddy which works fine, but they also have a completely separate database on the same server that they use to store customer contact information. All of the plugins ive checked out (including Backup Buddy) will only do backups of the wp_ tables. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ! thank you !
