Move wordpress site

I’ve been setting up a wordpress site for a client and I’ve been using my webhosting and when I’m done with it I’m going to have to move it, so I will have to change the wp-config and the url, so my question is, will I be able to move it without loosing all the stuff I’ve been doing and how do I do it?
