    Are you saying that, this happens when you edit the product from that edit window which appears on clicking edit link from Smart Manager? We’ll try to reproduce this issue on our side.

    If found we’ll release a fixed version for this. Thank you for reporting this.

    Correct, here is exactly what I have been doing from the Smart Manager screen.

    1)I click the edit arrow to open a product page
    2) I edit, if required, the title, description, SEO, jpg, etc.
    3) I update the page & review the web site.
    4) I correct any errors in spacing, etc., update again if needed.
    5) I close the edit window & return to Smart Manager
    6) I use the “International Shipping” field to indicate I have edited the product page by posting a “3” in the field.
    7) After 3-4 pages I do a save of the Smart Manager.

    I found the error by inadvertently opening a window that had previously been updated to find the corrected data was missing.

    I was just doing some product page updates outside of Smart Manager and it worked OK.
    I went to Smart Manager to set the Int-Ship code to 3 and decided to try
    again to do a couple from Smart Manager.
    I found that the changes made while in Smart Manager appear to stay stay as edited until I do the save of the Smart Manager page. After the save all the changes I made to products from the Smart Manager reverted to the original state.

    I just found another issue with Smart Manager loosing data. Several weeks ago I did 100% audit and update of product Sku# and prices.
    Today, as I was in the process of doing some edits on product pages I found 6 examples of products with wrong sku# on the page. I know I had fixed them earlier using Smart Manager BUT it didn’t work.

    Could you please confirm if you are using the latest version of Smart Manager [i.e. v3.4.1] or not. If you are using the latest version and still facing the same issue then would request you to create a wordpress account having admin access of your site and forward us the login credentials at ‘support@storeapps.org’ so that we can investigate and resolve the issue asap.

    I really would like to use Smart Manager again, has any progress been made at solving these problems? Can’t update to 3.4.1 and loss of data when making changes from WP.
