Does this work for Multisite?

    Hi Mike,

    Settings page for “contact form” does not appear in the wp-admin menu – please make sure that the plugin is activated. Also some other plugin you use may affect it. Please try to deactivate all the plugins and check if the menu is displayed.
    Is there a direct url I can use to get there? – here it is /wp-admin/admin.php?page=contact_form.php
