Contact form shortcode displaying text

    I’m trying to add a contact form along with my description. However, the plugin is just displaying the shortcode text instead of displaying the form. In other words, on my webpage, I see the actual text below instead of a form:

    [contact-form][contact-field label='Email' type='email' required='1'/][/contact-form] Click to download.

    How can I fix this?
