• Hi,

In my website I make use of the Advance Custom Fields plugin.
I setup a ACF field where I can select a file. On the frontpage you can download the file but it is not monitored. This works like a charm. But now I want to integrate Download monitor with the ACF field.

If I choose to create a a page type “page-link” I can select the “dlm_download” posttype. When I select a download in my page and output it on the frontpage I don’t get the download but a url that 404’s : ?post_type=dlm_download&p=758.

Any clue how I can get this to output the file url?

    Thx

I have the same question. How do we make ACF output the fancy Download Monitor file URL?

I think the non-fancy file URL (?post_type=dlm_download&p=758) needs to pass through some Download Monitor function to make it “fancy”, but ACF is retrieving the file URL even before it’s passed to the said function.

@bondjack, have you or anyone else found a solution to this issue?

    Best regards,
    Chaitanya
