Messes with my Homepage slider

I activated this plugin and it was working fine. But I encountered one problem: It made the slider on my homepage disappear.

There’s a huge white space in the first page that opens. That’s where the slider should appear. When I deactivated the plugin, the slider appeared again. So, what’s up?
