    Hello,

Love the theme! I’m still working my around it. Quick question, I have the top menu working on all pages, however when a category is clicked from a page, the top menu doesn’t show on that page.

    Example;

    http://mysite.com/category/sub-page/sub-page/

It is only when the URL has the ‘category’ that it does not show.

    Work around?

is it a cache issue, try clearing cache.
not sure why? top menu shouldn’t be affected by page visit.

    Hi,

I have tried clearing the cache and tried the problem on different computers / browsers, still the same issue.

A page specifically where it happens is http://moneygeek.com.au/category/money/budgeting/

i think you use some kind of condition for the menu.
when i navigate to category like /money/ the primary menu will show the ‘money’ subcategory like budgeting / savings / tips

the theme itself did not have this kind of function. is it plugin or self customize code in your end.

    if plugin, what plugin?

if self customize code, check code php condition for the top menu. you should make sure top menu also show in subcategory.

    Hi Richie,

No plug in. I did use a conditional menu function from an earlier question

    Hi,

I’m trying to work out how to show a different primary menu (the category menu) for each page. For example, if I have a top menu page for a specific topic, I want the primary menu (categories) to be relevant to that page, not site wide.

    Is it possible?

The conditional was for the sub-cateogory menu, however seems to have impacted the top menu. I’ll have a look at the code and see if I can fix. I am open to suggestions!
