Submitted comments attach to wrong post

I am trying to troubleshoot a problem reported by one of the users on our multisite network.
One of the site authors reported that comments to the post with ID 57 appear in the post with ID 14. I tried posting comments to posts 357 and 358, and with both posts, the comments attached themselves to post 14.
When I close comments on post ID 14, the comment form still appears on the other posts; however, after submission, there is a message that says that comments are closed.
When I turn off Jetpack Comments, the comment forms post to the correct entries. When I re-activate Jetpack Comments, the problem returns.

We are running Jetpack 2.5.
Our network has a reverse proxy server redirecting to two servers.
