discussion options not working

    I’ve changed settings so that wp will not email when a comment is made, but I’m still receiving email.
    Also, it appears that my spam word list is not working. I enter the keywords and and the comments do not enter the moderation queue.
    Help. I’m using wp 1.2

    By any chance, are these comments ones that suddenly appear when you create a post?

    I haven’t noticed that yet. I renamed my comment-post file and that has stopped them for the moment.
