    This plugin is exactly what I wanted: to move the admin toolbar off to the side so it wouldn’t affect the appearance of my wordpress theme.

    I’ve been busy tweaking my theme, making css adjustments, and the admin toolbar was very distracting when displayed horizontally. I’d rather not hide the toolbar altogether, so this plugin was just what I was looking for.
