JetPack Tile Gallery Broken

Issue:
Jetpack Tile Rectangle galleries are:

1. Displaying entirely as squares
2. Displaying captions below images, instead of on mouse hover

I have my other media plugins (i.e. Shortcodes Ultimate) in their respective compatibility modes.

Version/Plugins:

• WordPress 3.6.1
• Jetpack Installed w/ both Carousel/Gallery enabled
• Shortcodes Ultimate
• Tablepress
• The Events Calendar
• Slidedeck 2 (Developer/Pro/Personal)
