Please add a constant for Sync Pull URL

    Hi Mark,

    I’m using this plugin in a WordPress network which consists of large amount of sites.
    As far as I know, there isn’t any network wide settings and I have to set Sync Pull URL manually for each blog.

    It would be quite helpful, if you could add a constant variable for Sync Pull URL setting, so that I could define the URL globally in my wp-config.php.

    Another option could be network wide settings panel, if the plugin is activated in all blogs.
