    Hi rockytt,

    We reviewed your code/request on Github and tested without any issues. I was able to add your code to a dev site, sign up, and have the information both submitted via the admin confirmation e-mail as well as the user’s profile in WordPress.

    Can you verify you’re using the newest version of PMPro and the Register Helper addon?
