WPML compatibility?

Do you know if this is WPML compatible?

I am thinking it is not because in the shop page for the default langage, there are 12 categories displayed (as I customised using your plug in) however on the same page for the translated language, there are only the default 9 categories showing. :/

Any clues on how to fix this? Thanks,…
