WordPress: adding a “previous posts>>” button?

    Hi everyone!

    I’m working on this: http://crosshair.biklopsdesign.com I want to display 3 or 4 posts on the front page(which it is doing), then a button below that (previous posts>>) that takes you to the next 3 posts or whatever.

    I’ve looked allover the codex but I’m not understanding. Can anyone break it down for me?
