Activating JetPack breaks site

    When I activate JetPack, the sidebar and background image go away.

    The “Widgets” admin page is broken after activating JetPack. Only two widgets are available after activating – Archives and Subscribe and the sidebars are not shown, so there is noplace to drag those widgets to.

    Using WP 3.6.1

    And Twenty Eleven theme and had all plugins deactivated.
