1 taxonomie with 2 custom post type

Hi!
this plugin is very useful but I have a little problem with taxonomies archive page. I have a CPT hotel and taxonomie city and I want list all hotel in a city via this url http://www.domain.com/hotel/city/new-york/.
In fact that’s work perfectly (I use another plugin Custom Post Type Permalinks to get this url) but I have another CPT house for example related to same taxonomie city so I go http://www.domain.com/hotel/city/new-york/ it show me all hotel in new york but all the houses too!
How to get just the right CTP in this page?
