[Feature Request] Add a filter for whitelisting IPs

Greetings,
It would be marvelous if login_security_solution::get_verified_ips() passed its return value through a filter so that we can add IPs to it. I understand that the plugin has an automated whitelist process, but it would also be nice to have manual control.
