• This plugin is good if you want a out of the box that does not follow the theme you are using. The custom code does not work and it does not pick up any theme css sheets

  • Hi, alextovey,

Your comment on TablePress is really unfair. There are some themes have great built-in style for table, but others don’t. Without default style for table, TablePress may be considered as what you saying, mostly.

As far as I know, there is a convenient way to disable default TablePress style. Please refer to this post:
    http://wordpress.org/support/topic/disable-standard-tablepress-css

After doing that, your tables on site would use the style from your theme totally.

    Hi Alex,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

If you provide more details about what is not working, I’ll gladly try to help! Just post the URL of the page with the table, and we should be able to figure out what’s wrong with your CSS code, so that you’ll be able to use TablePress to your full satisfaction!

    Regards,
    Tobias

Works great with the CSS from all theme’s I have seen so far.

@alextovey your review is unfair. Just check your theme and WP setup rather than blaming the plugin.

I cant see any constrictive cretinism here from alextovey ‘s comment. The only thing I see, is just to spoil the success of the plugin. Is so unfair.

    Shame on you alextovey

@alextovey This is a great plugin and the author is one of the most helpful person out there. Please re-consider your review.

I really have nothing to say that hasn’t already been said above.

Alex, you are not being fair. Please consider the fact that a real human being is on the other end of your jab who is gracious enough to still offer to help you, even after you have left the worst kind of feedback possible.

instead of leaving general negative feedback, consider leaving specific negative or positive feedback instead. It helps the person you are speaking to understand what you are frustrated or appreciative of, and provides an avenue to help that person improve. This strategy will surely help you build more meaningful relationships throughout life.

    Please consider changing your review.
