Amazing – Support even on a weekend

I had an issue when configuring the plugin and shot off a quick email to their support email address – not expecting much. To my surprise I had an answer after 90 minutes. Finally, after 8 emails back and forth on a Saturday, the issue was resolved.
This is really impressive, since you hardly get that sort of service elsewhere where you pay high fees for the software.
You can see they really care about their customers and their plugin. Thanks again.
