Assuming you are referring to the email that your visitors receive after filling out forms, that can be changed via the EBD settings page, specifically number 9.

what about the “FROM” Email address of the download Email?
the sender is “WordPress” the address from is “wordpress@mySite.com”
can i customize it to my name & my Email?

Those are WordPress email settings and are out side of our plugin. There are also a few plugins that you can use to further cutomise the email functions.
