Breaks Pagelines DMS theme

    Hi,

    thanks for your input, I hope we can improve this plugin.

    I’m using Pagelines DMS which helps me to create pages with drag and drop system.

    When using your plugin, it breaks DMS… with Bootstrap CDN enabled…
    DMS already includes Bootstrap but probably in a way that is not recognised by your plugin.

    When Bootstrap CDN is disabled in your options, my DMS theme works fine but the contact form doesn’t appear well (plain html).
