• Just updated to 1.3.62 from 1.3.61 and all of our custom menus suddenly listed ALL pages in them in the admin view. Each menu showed the same list of pages IN THE ADMIN even though they appear correct on the front end of the site. Deactivated and rolled back to 1.3.61 and the menus are fine again.

This is a WP Multisite install but the plugin is only activated on the main site. WP 3.6.1.

  • I am having the same error as you. Does anyone have a fix to this?? It would be very helpful.

I had to roll back Role Scoper to the previous version. Version 1.3.61

How do I go back to a past version??

Also had the same issue – drove me nuts. Downloaded 1.3.61 from here: http://wordpress.org/plugins/role-scoper/download/ and loaded that via FTP and am back in business.

Hopefully this version will work for a while – not looking forward to buying the new premium version for $55 =/

If you go to the developers page of the plugin you can download past versions – http://wordpress.org/plugins/role-scoper/developers/

    Choose version 1.3.61

Deactivate the current version and delete the plugin.

Add the older version via the upload feature of WP plugin install (you can just upload the zip file for it to install) or unzip it and upload it via ftp.

Activate the older version and that’s it.

If anyone also has Capability Manager Enhanced installed the newest version of that also creates a different issue with the menus. I had to roll that one back to version 1.4.10.
