Installation Page Won’t Show Up

Hello,
I’m new to the forum arena. I asked for help under another topic, but am not sure that’s how it’s supposed to be done, so am asking for help under this topic.

I’m having problems installing the blog. I’ve uploaded the blog files to my site, http://www.foodmonster.net/fmblog. When I go there, this is the message that I get:

define(‘WP_USE_THEMES’, true);
require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);
?>

What does this mean? Do I need to go into these files in the downloaded wordpress files and add this information and then re-upload?

I found the file “we-blog-header.php” in my wordpress file, but didn’t know exactly where in the code to add (‘./wp-blog-header.php’), if indeed I’m supposed to add it at all.

I couldn’t find a file that said “Use Themes”. I found “themes” files and “User” files, but again, not sure what I’m supposed to be doing here.

I feel I’m so close, and yet so far away!

Does anyone know how to help me?
