WordPress resizing images after uploading them!

I just updated to 3.6.1. I’m a photographer and resize all my images to 780 pixels wide and tall using Blogstomp. As soon as I updated to version 3.6.1 with the new media uploader, wordpress is now resizing my vertical images all differently. You can view an example of this here: http://www.laurenfairphotographyblog.com/?p=10973&preview=true the first vertical solo image is resized. I double checked and the file that I uploaded ws 780 pixels, so it happened after uploading. Please help!
