plugin conflict

This is an excellent plugin but i seem to be having a few problems.

1/when i enter the reorder posts mode i have to leave – Use the manual sorting for this category? set to no other wise it will knock out the <?php get_header(); ?> which has a meteor-slides plugin installed in it

2/ when i reorder the posts visually they don’t change ?
