Advanced Ratings Plugin

I’m currently searching for a ratings plugin that would have these features:

– rating along multiple axis
– rating integrated into the comments
– possibility to “digg” helpful ratings/comments

I couldn’t find a plugin for wordpress that does all of this. I did find this joomla plugin that fits the bill:

But I’d rather develop my own wordpress plugin than be forced to switch to joomla.

Would anybody be interested in such a plug in ? Maybe an existing plug in (wp-postratings ?) could be improved upon ?
