    Hi everyone.

Please help if you can. My website is down completely because of this error and I am in a huge rush to get it up back & running again.

I have been getting this error message:
Warning: include_once(/home/content/35/10094135/html/wp-content/plugins/leads/shared/classes/form.class.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/35/10094135/html/wp-content/plugins/landing-pages/landing-pages.php on line 39

I have no idea what could possibly be wrong. I won’t be able to update or change anything on my website until this problem is solved. You can see this message too if you go to my website http://www.epicpethealth.com.

    Help??

Do you have access to your website’s files and folders?

    Hi thanks for the reply!

Do you mean files and folders that would exist on wordpress or the original copies of the files on my computer?

Do you mean files and folders that would exist on wordpress

    Those ones.

How do I know what “line 39” is? If I knew what the issue was and where this error is originating from, I can definitely troubleshoot better.

Would those files possibly be under the “Media” -> “Library”? If so, then yes, I have access to all of those.

If you can access your website’s files and folders, go to the plugins folder:

    /wp-content/plugins/

And then delete the folder named, “si-contact-form”.

This link leads to a completely blank page.

You can ask your hosting providers to help you get access to that plugins folder.

Sorry for all the questions, but I’m new at WP, as you can tell.

Who are my hosting providers? Wouldn’t that simply be WordPress? And how do I get in contact with them?

Looks like these guys are your hosting providers: http://www.verio.com/ .

    (@joyyful)

Ok, I will see if I can contact them.

However, do you know exactly what the problem is? And if so, can you give me a the low-down of what it happens to be?

Like I said, I’d like to fix this problem as soon as I can as this is affect my company’s business because the whole site is down.

I don’t know what exactly is the issue, but I do know what will get your site up and running.

This error message for example reveals where the issue resides

    in /home/content/35/10094135/html/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form/si-contact-form.php

There’s an error in the ‘si-contact-form‘ plugin, which means to get rid of the error you can just delete that plugin’s folder (for now).

When the issue is less severe/ urgent you can explore why it occurred by enquiring the plugin’s developers about it. Where did you get that plugin from?

    Thread Starter joyyful

    (@joyyful)

I just deactivated the contact page & the error code seemed to have gone away. Now if you go back to my website, you will see three more error code strings, all having to do with a landing page.

Where do you think I can find that so I can deactivate it as well?

    Thread Starter joyyful

    (@joyyful)

Oh I found it on the plugins page as well!

And the website is up again.

Thank you so much! I appreciate your help πŸ™‚
