Restricting number of nominations and nominees

I am using the latest version of BadgeOS. When making nominations, I notice that there is no restriction on the number of nominations a user can make as we as no restriction on the number of nominees a user can choose from. As a teacher who teaches multiple classes, if I ask a student/user from “Class A” to nominate someone who, for example, showed good citizenship in class today, this student only see a list of students from “Class A” should not see a list of all students in Class B, C, D, etc. Moreover, in this case, the student should only be allowed to make one nomination. This is really important for sites with many registered users/students.
Could you please add the feature of restricting the number of nominations a student can make as well as defining/restricting the pool of nominees to a specific number of users? These setting can be set when creating an award earned by nomination. Thanks.
