wp_options: Table is marked as crashed

    The wp_options table is not okay. It is reporting the following error: Table is marked as crashed. WordPress will attempt to repair this table…
    Failed to repair the wp_options table. Error: Table is marked as crashed

    Some database problems could not be repaired. Please copy-and-paste the following list of errors to the WordPress support forums to get additional assistance.

    Sounds like the database is toast. Do you have a backup? No? Does you hosting provider have a backup? Ask them.

    If you do have a backup, try restoring the database from the backup.

    If your hosting provider has the backup, ask theme to restore from the backup.

    If the database is toast and you or your hosting provider doesn’t have a backup, you’ve learned a hard lesson about making sure you have your own backups. Always have a database – and preferably a theme and uploads backup – at all times. Pick a backup plugin and use it:

    Dear Tara,

    Thank you for your help.

    I have a question regarding restoring from the back up. I went to restoring the database however i am not sure which file to import. I have a entire backup from the direct admin with the files (backup and domains). Where can i find the backfile in this complete backup?
