Jetpack has left the building

I updated on Monday and since the update Jetpack is nowhere in sight. It doesn’t appear anywhere in my Dashboard and the modules I was using (such as the Contact Page and the Gallery) no longer work. I’ve gone through the Trouble Shooting steps but can’t seem to find the problem.

I’m using the Customizr theme, but the issue remains even if I switch to Twenty Thirteen.
