Why are my posts being duplicated on my blog?

I’ve just noticed that my Google Analytics stats have been messed up lately, so I thought I’d check the source code to see what was going on. I’ve found that most of the content has been reduplicated there, including the GA code, the actual writing, information like which images to use on Twitter.

What might be causing this duplication – and how can I fix it?
