Thumbnails when sharing video posts?

Hello, i have child theme. And i am using twenty twelve, my website is http://www.motivationgrid.com and i would like to know, how to add images when i share a video post on facebook, i dont get an image connected to the video itself, rather i get an unatached image from my website.
