hi did you save the slider option in theme options?
make sure you have image attach to featured image or any image exist in post content.
also make sure you have more than 2 posts in slider for it to work.

I have the same issue as the user who actually opened this topic, I have followed up the steps you mentioned above, but unfortunately still showing a black screen whithout anything, no text or images.
I have been reading through other topics, but couldn’t find the answer for my this issue to get it solved by my self, would you please assist me to get the slider working.?

Found it, had the id’s at the wrong location, so that is been solved.
So this topic can be closed.
