Does Better WP Security back-up option saves posts ans settings ?

    it should include posts and settings (as those are stored in the database in most cases). As for pictures, the pictures themselves wouldnt be part of the bwps backup as its database only. The only thing related to pictures that would return is the references to them in your posts/pages/widgets.

    In short bwps only backs up the database (to my knowledge) which means anything not stored in the database (physical files) would not be backed up.
