Blog Posts Not Working

I am trying to vary the headers on the top the main pages on the website. All the pages work except the main blog page, the single blog pages and the blog archives (selected categories).

Is there a command that I can use that would work for these situations? I tried is_page(‘blog’) and other variations per your documentation, but none of them worked.
