Regarding Job: General Purpose

First of all great plugin!!!
I’m stuck as to how to modify the field “Regarding Job:” I don’t see it in the settings thus I don’t see it anywhere except the frontend form. I’d either like to change the list (which there is none) and secondly, I’d like to have this as “not required” or “hidden”.
