1.9.7. not working

hello there,

few days ago installed the new version 1.9.7 and after that the shortcodes are no longer working. only the [shotcode] tag gets displayed.

reverting back to 1.9.6 fixes the issue again with running the latest wordpress 3.6.1

i’m also still running nextgen gallery 1.9.13, if that will be of any help?
