Can I access my posts and pages without going into WordPress?

    I have sub-domain site that is down with a complicated issue I am having trouble fixing, but really I want to just combine some of it’s content into my main website.

    Is there anyway for me to access my posts and pages text without going through wordpress dashboard or the website? Some backdoor way?

    The only “backdoor” way is via the database.
    You could donwload the database and then look in the wp_posts table and see if you can find your content, but if you have lots of it, this may be a bit frustrating.

    You could also try the Internet archive and see if there’s a copy of your site somewhere – http://archive.org/web/web.php
