After updating to WP361, I have a conflict between Nextgen gallery and Jetpack. It is not possible to put a nextgen gallery in to a post. After deactivating Jetpack it was working again.

There are currently lots of conflict with Nextgen Gallery and different plugins. They are aware of them, but you may want to post i their forum, here:
