Hi,

currently, when clicking on the PayPal icon in order to donate it takes you to the PayPal site on the current tab or window, causing the visitor to go away from my blog.
Can you add the option that the PayPal site will be open in a new tab or window?

I’ve just released version 1.8.2, where I’ve added this as an option in the advanced tab in settings.
